We work closely with out clients to understand their business requirements, and to provide customized solutions to meet specific needs of our client companies Key elements of our client service methodology include: DEDICATED CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS(RMs) Our Client RMs take accountability for the delivery and quality of all work, and are physically available, as needed by each client. Our client RMs work with a client to provide project scope, pricing, interim reviews and updates, and ensure quality of the end product. Indeed, all of our studies are fully customized to meet each client's needs. RESEARCH TOOLS Our delivery team uses a variety of research tools and provides for seamless client delivery, communication, confidentiality and compliance. Our analyst team uses a combination of research tools and techniques to deliver each study, including but not limited to: Secondary research tools including general and specialist databases, focused reports and publications as well as web-based research tools. Primary (telephone based/Personal) research tools including the ability to effectively conduct interviews at any level of an organization, and with any appropriate stakeholder Analytical research tools, including detailed financial analysis, specialized statistical applications, etc. FLEXIBLE WORK PLAN The nature of each client relationship, and specifically, how they request work from us, varies based on their specific needs. We retain a flexible, client-driven approach to the actual working relationship. EFFICIENCY & RELIABILITY We employ robust and efficient delivery model to enable quick and efficient turn around of service requests. Our use of knowledge based pre fabricated template allows time saving as well as efficient delivery. Our analyst team receives in-depth training to be able to access, analyze and synthesize information as per our client requirements. This enables them to focus not only on information collection, data synthesis and analysis, but, as importantly, on generating valuable insights for our clients. |
